Build & track your Ninja Creami recipes
Enter the serving size and the nutrition for that serving β the app does the math.
The SAME serving as above, measured another way. This lets the app switch between units β and makes your cup calories exact instead of estimating.
π To get a cup's real weight: put your measuring cup on a kitchen scale, press zero (tare), fill it with 1 cup of the food, and read the grams.
Example: if the serving above is β1 cupβ and the scale shows 190 g, type 190 and choose Gram on a line below. Now 1 cup uses your real weight. (Without this, the app estimates 1 cup β 240 g.)
Sign in to keep your recipes & ingredients on both this website and the iPhone app. Optional β the site works fine without it.
π± There's also a Creami app for iPhone that works just like this website. Sign in on both to keep your recipes and ingredients in sync β start one on your phone and finish it here, or the other way around.
1. Basic Info β Name your recipe and set the Base (the main part, like ice cream or yogurt). Pick the type and how much.
2. Ingredients β Add your extras: fruit, milk, protein, sweeteners, mix-ins.
3. Instructions β Write the steps and notes, then tap Save Recipe.
These work on the Base and on every ingredient:
βοΈ Fix nutrition β type the numbers in yourself (from the package), or correct them.
π Search food database β look a food up and tap it to fill in the numbers. You can edit them after.
π€ Mic β say the food name instead of typing.
My Ingredients β foods you saved before, ready to drop back in.
Nutrition is always for ONE serving. Example: 100 g = 200 cal means 100 grams has 200 calories. Use 50 g and the app shows 100 cal β it does the math for you.
Want to measure in cups, not grams? Open βοΈ Fix nutrition and use βAlso equalsβ β tell the app the SAME serving also equals, say, 1 cup.
π To get the real cup weight: put your measuring cup on a kitchen scale, press zero (tare), fill it with 1 cup of the food, and read the grams β then enter that as an βAlso equals.β
Example: if 1 cup of gelato weighs 190 g, set the serving to 1 cup and add Also equals = 190 g. Now 1 cup uses your real weight (instead of the standard estimate, 1 cup β 240 g).
π‘ Every food weighs a different amount per cup (a cup of nuts isnβt a cup of milk), so the app wonβt guess β you tell it once, here.
π Recipes are grouped by base type (Ice Cream, Sorbetβ¦), each with its own color.
π Sort β use the dropdown to list them by name, calories (low or high first), or newest. Each recipe shows the π date you made it.
β Favorites β tap the β star on a recipe to mark it a favorite. Pick ββ Favorites onlyβ in the Sort dropdown to see just those.
π½οΈ Per serving β on Page 3, say how many servings the batch makes and the app shows per-serving nutrition too.
Open a recipe to βοΈ Edit it, π€ Share it (copies it as text to paste into a message or email), or π Add to list.
Open a recipe β tap π Add to list β say yes, and its base + ingredients go onto the Shopping tab, grouped under that recipe's name.
At the store, tap items to check them off. Use βRemove checkedβ or βClear allβ when you're done. The list stays on this device.
π Save to reuse: check βSave to My Ingredientsβ in Fix nutrition to keep a food for next time.
β Recipe total: the bar at the bottom adds everything up, including sugars.
If the app doesnβt know a unit you pick, it wonβt guess β it asks you to add it.
π Put this website on your phone: in Safari tap Share β Add to Home Screen β you get the cherry-cone icon, right next to your apps.
